Stators/Rotors

Our newly established manufacturing capabilities for wound stators and rotors cover applications in low-voltage ranges (12 V, 24 V) as well as high-voltage areas (> 48 V), such as in e-mobility, industrial drives, or stationary systems. We wind and encapsulate all assemblies to be media-tight and structurally robust, ensuring high electrical and mechanical reliability. Each unit is tested using specific test equipment developed in-house, including precise test benches that automatically check function, insulation, and mechanical integrity. Upon request, we also develop custom test procedures to meet the requirements of specific industries or certification standards.

With our extensive expertise in coil winding, we offer manufacturing that sets standards in quality, robustness, and production adaptability. Overmolding reliably protects components from environmental influences, while media-tight designs enable use in demanding environments. By integrating our own manufacturing and testing equipment, we ensure short development cycles, high repeatability, and flexible batch sizes—from prototypes and small series to full-scale production. Our solutions are ideal for manufacturers seeking precise, durable, and dependable rotor and stator assemblies.
